Banners

Banners with words, photos and logos of your choice can be printed on artists canvas or sign-writers banner fabric. After printing the edges are folded and grommets inserted ready for you to hang up (rope not supplied).

Footpath signs

A footpath sign is a PVC or aluminium blade inserted into a plastic base. The base can be filled with water for additional stability in high wind areas.

• Blades printed on one side or both sides
• Blade size 800mm high by 600mm wide

If you already have a base then you can order just a new blade complete with signwriting.

Base colour choice: black, light blue, mid blue, dark blue, dark green, grey, red, white, yellow.

Lettering – cut

Traditional computer cut lettering for applying to almost any non-porous surface including vehicles, PVC, ‘Corflute’ and ‘Signbond’. Available in a wide range of colours. Also available in a range of reflective colours.

Notices, small signs, real estate signs

A notice sign can be used anywhere both indoors and outdoors without fading. Words, photos or images of your choice and design. Choose between:

• 1.5mm PVC plastic (cut to size)
• 3.3mm ‘Corflute‘ (real estate sign material – 900×600 or 900×1200)
• 4mm aluminium sandwich ‘Signbond‘ (cut to size)

All products can be drilled using a household drill and attached using screws or methods of your choice.

Large signs

These are suitable for both indoors and outdoors and are made suit your requirements up to 1200mm x 1200mm in size. We created larger signs using 4mm aluminium ‘Signbond’ for strength, durability and lightness.

‘Signbond’ can be drilled using a household drill and attached using screws, brackets or other methods of your choice.

Posters

Posters can be printed on vinyl, banner fabric, artists canvas or photographic paper depending on your requirements.

Vinyl is waterproof and has an adhesive backing for attaching the poster to corflute, PVC, signbond or other surfaces of your choice. Removable vinyl products are available for short term applications.

Reflective

Both diamond grade (road sign quality) and standard reflective signs are available. Reflective products shine in vehicle headlights or torchlight at night and are clearly visible in daylight. Please ensure that you comply with land transport regulations when using reflective signage near roads or on vehicles.

Stencils

Stencils can be appliced to walls to creae an outline for painting. They are cut from adhesive vinyl and the suplus material is weeded out. While small stencils are easy to manage large sheets require careful handling. Edges must be pressed down firmly to avoid the paint bleeding. If the surface is already painted it is advisable to test on a hidden area to make sure the paint will not peel when the stencil is removed.

Stickers

Stickers are printed, dried and then the edges are computer cut. They are printed on 720mm wide waterproof vinyl and generally ordered by the meter.  The number of stickers per lineal meter will depend on their size.

Like any vinyl sign they will stick to almost any non-porous surface and are applied using firm pressure to fully activate the adhesive.

Tyre covers

Tyre covers are printed onto flexible banner vinyl using text and logos to a design of your choice. The banner vinyl is then adhered to a blank tyre cover and the edges are sealed to prevent peeling.

• We can supply blank covers sizes 711mm (28″) and 838mm (33″) tyres

Cleaning – use a soft car brush, detergent and a garden hose (water blasting and car wash machines could damage the soft vinyl).

Vehicle decals

Vehicle decals are printed to your design onto a product specially containing a pressure sensitive bubble release adhesive desiged for use on vehicles. The vehicle surface must be cleaned with dish washing liquid and isopropyl alcohol before applying the decal, and ideally kept out of direct hot sun for 24 hours while the adhesive sets. Special application heat techniques are required for curved surfaces.
